About MVPing in general

Di pa ako ganun katagal sa guild, but as far as I know, di tayo prepared when it comes to hunting high tier MVPs like Ifrit, Valkyrie Randgris, and the like.

For one, nung last time na nag Beelzebub tayo, most people are just for attendance, based sa MVP point system natin. Di nila alam ang gagawin, improper equips, walang pots for just in case, etc.

Also, karamihan sa guild ay SinX and Champs, mostly for PVP and WOE purposes ng guild. Wala akong kaso dun, pero sana alam natin kung ano ang gagawin pag dating sa MVPs, na madalas ay hindi kaya ng isang Asura o isang Sonic Blow lang.

In that case, I suggest magform tayo ng hunting parties na specialized for MVPs. Di kailangan marami ang members, ang mahalaga yung tamang jobs para gulpihin yung mga hinayupak na MVP na yun. /e8

Additional lang: watch YouTube vids on killing high tier MVPs (yung karaniwan may aura sa ilalim nila). Kahit di natin magaya, my point is to know what we are supposed to do. And also, install and create a Ventrilo account for easier communication. Mahirap kaya magtype ng commands habang kumakatay ng MVP. /e8

I hope we'll have more fun killing MVPs as a guild, not just for the loots, but for experience and camaraderie in our guild. Gasmati Petmalu! /e8

actaully for few, meron na equips, me and RJ got anti thor already, but unfortunately beelz ang tinira ntn last night..hahaha...to pin point lang ang mali natin kay beelz masydo tyung marami, na ung iba di pa geared...we got numbers but less in quality, cguro sa ngaun until next week hunt muna tyu ng mga guild supplies at gears, supplies such as condense potions will be a great help,para ung mga priest mkapag focus s support ng tank...un paniniwala ko,we need gears and supplies..

If that is the case, then Thor Party muna tayo to kill Ifrit. I'll run down sa mga kailangan na equips:

1. Pasana Card (any slotted armor) - Eto ang must-have sa Thor. Para kang naka Ghostring Card against neutral property. Pasana Card enchants your armor with Fire property, and ayon sa elemental table, 25% nalang ang bawas ng Fire element sayo. In other words, 75% (imba diba?) ELEMENTAL reduction against fire. San ka pa? /e8

2. Jakk Card (any slotted garment) - Di na nakuntento sa 75% reduction sa Fire element, Jakk Card gives 30% reduction against Fire element. You do the math sa damage ng Meteor Storm ng Kasa sayo. /e8

3. Alice Card (any slotted shield, preferably Valkyrja's Shield) - The mother lode of all shield cards. 40% reduction against BOSS MONSTERS. At dahil majority ng mobs sa Thor ay Mini-Boss, sobrang sulit kung meron ka nito at nakalagay sa Valk Shield. BTW, Valk Shield gives 20% reduction against Fire elemnt too. Parang kalmot nalang ang bawas ng Fire Bolt sayo. /e8

4. Penomena Card (any slotted shield, preferably Valkyrja's Shield) - 30% reduction against Formless Monsters. Since most of the mobs ay Formless (yes, pati si Ifrit), this is a cheap alternative to Alice Card.

Yan ang basics pagdating sa Thor. Para di ka madeds agad ng isang Fire Ball ng Kasa. /e8

BTW, auxilliary items na needed sa Thor:

1. Fire Resist Pots - Not sure kung gaano kalaki ang reduction nito, but since apoy ang uulan sa Thor, it would be very helpful kung meron tayo nito, lalo na sa magtatangke kay Ifrit.

2. White/White Slim Pots - Hoy, kahit may pari tayo sa guild, di naman sila diyos ng pag-heal. Sa mga times na busy ang mga pari sa pagheal sa mga mas importanteng chars, gumamit ka nalang nito para di sila mahirapan, diba?

And lastly, mga needed jobs sa pagpaslang kay Ifrit:

1. Paladin - Ang dakilang tank sa RO. Kelangan sya dahil ika-cast nya ang Devotion sa magtatangke kay Ifrit. Bakit di sya ang main tank? Mas maganda kung kadikit sya ng party, at least kaya nya saluhin ang damage, lalo na sa pag-Devo sa mga pari at sa kumakanta ng Bragi.

2. Tank (preferably Lord Knight) - Eto ang tatayo sa tabi ni Ifrit. Kawawang nilalang. Siya din ang dapat maglure, so mas favored ang Lord Knight dahil sa nakasakay sya sa higanteng manok at meron siyang skill na Endure. Magbaon ng maraming pots! As in 89% overweight dahil sa pots. /e8 And for the record, di sya aatake.

3. Biochemist - Oops, sorry. Di kayo pwedeng magspam ng AD sa boss na ito dahil ang trabaho nyo, bigyan ng Full Chemical Protection ang magtatangke, dahil merong Full Strip si Ifrit (akalain nyo yun), at mataas ang DEX nya. So, pagnahubaran ang tank, game over. Kung di nyo matiis na di bumabato ng AD, pwede naman, pero dapat less than 500k na ang buhay ni Ifrit para matapos na agad.

4. High Wizards - The main damage dealers. SG to the max, SG na parang walang bukas. SG na parang def mode sa WOE. SG hanggang masira yung F1 sa kakaspam. Need I say more? /e8 Btw, kelangan ng Ganbantein kasi may Land Protector si Ifrit.

5. Champions - Syempre, ano pa ba ang gagawin nila? Eh di basagin ang mukha ni Ifrit gamit ang Asura Stirke.

6. Assassin Cross - Auxilliary damage dealer. Dahil ranged ang Soul Breaker, pwedeng-pwede silang maka-MVP. Just bring water elemental converters or magpacast ng elemental sa kaguild na Prof.

7. Professor - Support-type prof ang kelangan dito. Tagabigay ng SP sa Champs, cast Deluge sa party (para mas malakas ang SG ng mga Wiz) and kung meron, convert yung element ng SinX na may Soul Breaker.

8. High Priests - Di pwedeng pari lang, dahil sa skill na Assumptio. Ang gagawin nila: Sanctuary sa party, Heal to the max sa Paladin, Assumptio like crazy sa lahat, spam Safety Wall sa pwesto ng tank at Lex Aeterna sa mukha ni Ifrit. Syempre, di mawawala ang dakilang Resurrection. Magstock ng Blue Gems pero dapat di overweight.

9. Clown and Gypsy - Kung meron both, mas maganda. Clown for Bragi's Poem and Gypsy for Service For You. At dapat full time Clown ito, mahirap magdual client sa magulong Thor Volcano.

10. Soul Linker - Additional lang sya sa party. Mas ok syempre kung meron nito. Ang trabaho nya, i-link ang Clown, Gypsy, at High Wizard. Ok din syang pang-lure out ng mobs na papalapit dahil Olympic runner sya at kaya nya tumalon ng ubod ng taas. /e8

That's basically it for Thor and Ifrit. Tsaka na yung ibang MVPs dahil kelangan pa ng preparations.
